"Want to buy a house quickly? Want to sell a house quickly with a full service team behind you? When Bud and Beth McKinney say they "really care", they put actions behind those words. Within hours of asking if they would check out a new home for us, Beth called and went with us to look at the property. Yes, that same day. Two days later we asked her advice for putting our current home on the market and within 12 hours we had plenty of full color brochures in the For Sale sign container in our front yard and virtual tour CDs with the picture of our house as the label. That was on a Friday. On Tuesday, seven showings later, we had a buyer who offered very close to our asking price. Meanwhile at 10pm Saturday night Bud came to help relight our gas hot water heater and Beth had saved us boxes for the move.
