Hollands Crossing in Apex, NC is an established neighborhood that began construction in the late 1990s. It is bordered on the north by highway 64, on the south by US 1, on the west by highway 751 and the east by highway 55. Access to these roads makes the neighborhood an easy commute to most all major places in the Triangle area. The location may be a primary factor in this neighborhood seeing one of the highest percent-per-year appreciations in all of Apex consistently for the last several years.

When you enter the neighborhood you will notice tree lined sidewalks along with two neighborhood pools. It is not unusual to see folks walking and biking through Hollands Crossing. The town of Apex is in the process of constructing the Apex Nature Park on a 160-acre tract of land that backs up to Hollands Crossing. In the spring of 2008 construction began on the infrastructure, amphitheatre, walking trails, and disc golf areas.
In 2010 mountain trails will be added, existing trails will be expanded and picnic areas will be constructed. There is a possibility of soccer fields being added as well as a playground area.
