Carrington Estates is a newer community being built by K. Hovnanian in the Triangle Region of North Carolina. These 2-story homes are located in an area off Sunset Lake Road in Holly Springs.

Many lots back up to a line of established trees. This is not a large community at this time, but homes still being built.

From there, head South on Sunset Lake Road and that will take one into Fuquay-Varina where there is shopping and dining - more than you will find in Holly Springs. If you head North, it will take you close to Sunset Commons, a shopping center with a Harris Teeter grocery store along with other smaller stores and a few eateries (Chinese, Italian, etc.).
